A flat rate $15.95 standard shipping fee to all orders within Australia only.

For all Australian orders, please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order once shipped. For any other queries, Please contact us at aurum.cs@outlook.com.

Aurum Candles & Scents cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. We ensure to do our very best to pack your crystals with protection and upmost care so that they arrive safely to your door. But if for some reason your purchase has been damaged during transit, then we will offer you a full refund provided you send us a photo via email.

Please send your photo of the faulty item and original packaging to aurum.cs@outlook.com within 72 hours of you receiving them.

All claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of order.

Please rest assure that every piece from Aurum Candles & Scents is packed with lots of love & care. We take extra time to thoroughly check all items before being packaged and sent off to their new homes.  

Once an order has been dispatched we cannot assume responsibility for orders in transit and orders that go missing after delivery. Please contact Auspost or third-party providers directly for queries and support.

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order of confirmation , followed by an email containing your Auspost tracking number so you can keep updated on the status of you parcel.

Returns

Please choose your candles carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong scent.
